An ideal gift for any food lover from our superb olive oils and olives produced on my own olive groves to pomegranate molasses produced on my farm in turkey, the pine honey is purchased from the neighbouring beekeepers whose bees forage up in the pine forests as well as from my olive and citrus grove
Not to forget the wild caper shoots that we go foraging for in the surrounding mountains
The walnuts are grown and produced on my farm as well as the sweet paprika and chilli flakes which is prepared under sunshine with olive oil and salt added
