We pledge to play our part in every way to support a more sustainable environment. When packing your order, we will only use re-used, recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging.

UK & International Delivery

Orders under £40 to the UK are sent with Evri or similar for £6.99. All larger parcels are sent with DHL at prices varying from £16 to £25. Much larger parcels are dependent on weight.

Parcels to Europe, the USA, and Canada are quoted depending on weight and area, as some areas are classed as remote and have a much higher surcharge. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery to remote areas may result in increased delivery charges, and we may be unable to offer delivery in these areas. Please email info@mroliveoil.com BEFORE placing your order if you are unsure, and we will quote your shipping charge.

Collection is by prior arrangement only.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure the full delivery address is entered correctly, including the correct postcode. Couriers will not consider compensation for lost items if the delivery address and postcode are not 100% correct. Mr Olive Oil cannot be held responsible for items lost where an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

Not Home

UK Delivery – Should you be out when the courier arrives with your order, they will attempt to re-deliver up to three times.

When placing your order, you will have the option to leave a note for the courier should you wish them to leave your order in a safe place.

Out of Stock Items

If there is an issue with stock availability, we will notify you via telephone or email to advise you of the estimated lead time. If you would prefer to cancel the order, we will cancel it and send a full refund.
