Edible Products

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted on any edible food products—including our olive oils—once the product containers have been opened or used.

14-Day Return Window

For eligible unopened and sealed merchandise, please ensure that you return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and pristine condition, accompanied by your proof of purchase (including your name, address, email, and order number).

Refund Details

Any refunds issued will cover the total cost of the goods sent only; original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable. Until the items are safely delivered back to our address, you are responsible for their safe keeping. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage certificate, as we cannot accept liability for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an error, or has missing items, please contact us as soon as possible via email or telephone with your order details. We will immediately arrange for a replacement or a full refund for the affected goods. Your statutory rights concerning the quality of these products remain completely unaffected.
